I am a bilingual Spanish/English therapist. I am passionate about helping BIPOC and individuals at different phases of life, break cycles. These cycles can be associated with generational trauma and unhealthy patterns. I want to help them to find their voice, set boundaries, and develop a better version of themselves. I mainly take a person-centered approach and adjust the treatment approach according to your needs.

I find purpose in being of help to others. I explored the possibility of a career in education and life led me to a career in mental health, in which I saw a need for more therapists who can serve those who look like me (BIPOC).
Outside of work, I enjoy moving my body and recently returned to training for half marathons. I also enjoy being out in nature—being near the ocean grounds me.
Body movement—I listen to my body and can do so in an array of ways: walking, running, stretching, dancing, etc.
I enjoy driving to the ocean (Half Moon Bay) enjoying a day next to the ocean, having a picnic, and meditating which I find so rewarding and recharging. When I can’t go to the ocean spending some alone time listening to music, breathing, and stretching will also help.
