My therapeutic style is warm, relatable, and compassionate. I create a space for clients to feel seen, heard, and held so they may safely process difficult feelings and experiences. In doing so, I assist my clients with drawing upon their own intrinsic strengths to help develop resilient coping skills. I ultimately aim to help clients achieve a sense of wholeness and peace in their lives.
