I strive in sessions to validate your feelings and allow you the space to share your fears, pain, and challenges. I have a passion for helping people and helping to carry the weight of their hardships. I am very intuitive which helps me to be better equipped to feel what you are feeling and more correctly interpret your subtle communication. I provide a space that is full of healthy challenges that help you leave therapy with new insight, perspectives, and overall growth. I work with you to achieve your desired goal(s) and to walk out of therapy even more improved than you walked in.

I became a mental health professional because allowing people to feel heard and connected is a gift I have had since childhood. I wanted to pursue talk therapy as a career to help as many people as I can.
I love spending time with my family and traveling.
I meditate and pray daily and that helps to keep me grounded. I also go for walks to help me stay relaxed.
I love the book The Four Agreements by Miguel Ruiz. This book has helped me gain more understanding of people and more importantly myself.
My favorite non-profit organization is Education Through Music. I grew up with music as part of my upbringing and music to me is a universal language. I love that this organization educates children who would otherwise have limited or no exposure to the arts.
I recharge by getting out in nature as well as praying and watching a good show.
