Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused
I believe in continual growth and learning within the LGBTQ+ community. I support the healing of those feeling invisible, communities impacted by spiritual abuse, and those with complex traumas.
As a therapist, I bring compassion, empathy, and a safe space to explore stress and difficult life events. My approach to therapy is that everyone has a meaningful story that deserves to be heard. I believe everyone deserves a space of non-judgment in their most vulnerable times to make meaning of life’s struggles. Everyone goes through pain but perseverance and finding purpose brings healing. My job is to help facilitate this growth in a way that is client-driven and motivated.

she/her
I became a therapist because I found much value in human connection and being of help to people in their most vulnerable moments.
I really enjoy to be in nature and disconnect from the day to day routine. I enjoy anything competition and trying new things. I love spending time with friends and family and trying foods from different cultures.
I have a cat named Nala and a dog names Sophie. My favorite story of Sophie is her courageous attempt to make an escape from PetSmart while checking in for boarding.
