My experience includes working in the inpatient and outpatient psychiatric setting as well as private practice; with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, stress, trauma, anger, relationship and parenting issues, personality-related issues, and grief and loss. I use an eclectic approach and a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients to aid adults in living a more authentic and freeing life. Successful therapy is not only supported by a well-trained therapist, it largely depends on cooperation and investment from clients.
