I strive to help guide my clients toward making changes and identifying their personal strengths. I approach the therapeutic relationship by offering a safe space and a solid relationship. Whether this be through a systems, humanistic, or behavioral approach, my goal is to tailor interventions to each individual and their own experience.
My therapeutic goals center around helping communities heal by addressing systemic barriers that affect mental health both inside and outside of the therapy office. Some of the focal points in my clinical work are trauma, self-esteem, mood disturbances, and disordered eating.

I became a mental health professional to be able to help guide people towards their own goals. I wanted to learn more goals and motivations and challenge others as well as myself in my imposed limitations.
I enjoy running, hiking, spending time with my two dogs, going to concerts, and listening to live music. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and investing in myself with a lot of self-care.
I go on daily walks with my dogs and listen to music.
Como Agua Para Chocolate, I enjoy reading this book because I love magical realism as well as the themes of Mexican life during the Civil War.
Any local non-kill pet shelters and Planned Parenthood.
I recharge by spending time with my best friend (myself!), treating myself to a nice dinner, and making sure I am always dressed great!
I have 2 pets, Lunes and Frida. My best pet story is that I initially got Lunes in 2018 and named her 'Lunes' (Monday in Spanish) so that I would never say that I hated Mondays.
