Why did you become a mental health professional?

My journey toward becoming a mental health professional was fueled by a deep desire to empower individuals and strengthen communities. Witnessing the struggles of individuals grappling with mental health challenges sparked a passion within me to help others navigate their darkness and emerge stronger. I believe every person deserves the opportunity to thrive, and mental health is an essential foundation for personal growth and fulfillment.

What are your interests outside of work?

Traveling around the world via cruise ships and spending time with family.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

My day ends with a 10-minute meditation session. It's like hitting the mental reset button before bed. I find a quiet corner, close my eyes, and focus on my breath. Inhaling calm, exhaling stress. It sets the tone for a centered and mindful sleep
