My style of therapy is genuine, warm, nonjudgmental, funny, and experiential. The most important part of therapy is feeling safe, seen, and understood by your therapist. I hope to build a connection with you so that we can explore your challenges with curiosity and kindness. It takes courage to lean into the uncomfortable parts of life, but I will be with you every step at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we will help you learn, grow, and become more confident in who you are.

I became a mental health professional because I always wanted to know what made people truly happy. As I learned more and more about this, I understood genuine connection was the foundation of happiness. My goal then became to help people understand skills and manage symptoms to build fulfilling relationships that fostered deeper connections.
I am a taiko player (Japanese drumming) and a lover of laughing. Anything to do with those two and I am there!
Connecting to nature and animals. Usually, that means a walk outside with my dog for at least 20 minutes.
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.
Big Brothers/Big Sisters is my favorite organization because mentorship changes lives. Research shows that all you need is one safe adult to make a positive and significant difference in a child's life.
I recharge by taking care of my mind, body, and spirit. This translates to eating well, sleeping well, and moving my body daily.
My girl Roxy is my best friend. She brings light to everyone's life and is a blessing to our family. My favorite story is finding out that she turns into a 6-month-old puppy when we shine a laser pointer on the floor and walls. She runs, stumbles over herself, and practically does backflips trying to get that light! Hilarious for a dog who has no interest in any dog toy or even dog bones. She might be half-cat!
