Every day I help individuals and couples move toward being their best selves and living their best lives. No matter where you’re starting, things can get better. I’m a divorced, co-parenting mom (of multiples!). Going through personal life challenges has given me the strength, passion, and resilience to help others.
My experience of parenting through divorce and co-parenting beyond it gives me tremendous empathy for my client’s struggles. I also know that when you walk through the fire of life you’ll come to find understanding and a new path. It does get better!
I used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT is a short-term, problem-focused form of behavioral treatment that helps people see the difference between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and free them from unhelpful patterns of behavior. There is no cookie-cutter plan that works for every person, so my therapy style is adaptive, creative, and client-focused.

I love helping others and can't see myself in any other professional.
I am a softball mom. I love the theater and music
I make sure I go to bed around 10 pm so I can have enough sleep each night.
I have a special place in my heart for the Ronald McDonald's House. During my daughters' birth, I was given a room at the house so I was able to spend more time and not worry about travel while visiting them in the NICU.
I recharge by going on hikes and doing yoga.
I have two dogs. Buddy is a 90lb chocolate lab and Chewie is a 6lb Yorkie. Chewie is the boss of the family.
