I approach each client seeking to genuinely understand their life experiences and current struggles. I work from a place of compassion and support clients in building understanding of their emotions, habits, and relationships.
I specialize in working with college students and young adults who often face major life transitions that can bring up a great deal of anxiety, depression, stress, uncertainty and relationship/family challenges.
I utilize mindfulness to support clients in reducing anxiety and stress and support clients by identifying internal strengths to walk through challenging periods. Together we will seek to bring more joy, understanding, and peace into your life!

I became a mental health professional because I enjoy connecting and building supportive relationships. I appreciate when people are willing to be vulnerable and I enjoy watching people heal and grow.
Spending time outdoors and with my family, gardening, cooking, singing and going to local farmers markets.
I recharge by spending time in nature and through laughter with friends and family!
