What are your interests outside of work?

I love my international blended family representing the cultures of the Philippines, Vietnam, Mexico, Japan, Colombia, and Germany! My husband and children are a big part of my life! I love to go to church, listen to music, attend group meetings, learn about different cultures, eat exotic food, watch track meets, boxing matches, wrestling, read biographies, watch theatre/Broadway shows, and learn about history.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

My daily routine consists of verbalizing gratitude, meditation, prayer, affirmations, mindfulness, exercising, reading to tap into the healing of my mind, body, spirit.

Do you have any pets?

Prince is our black and white Pitbull-Labrador Mix furry family member who is kind, intuitive, loving, and loyal. My favorite memory of Prince was when I was going through a difficult, heavy-hearted time. Without my saying a word, Prince came up to me and put his paw on my hand to comfort me. Prince holds a place in my heart.
