I focus on helping individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. I have worked with adolescents, adults, active military, and the veteran population.

I have 3 dogs and 3 cats! My Lab, Witten, is named after my favorite football player Jason Witten.
