I became a therapist due to being drawn to psychology, after my first class I could not get enough. I have always been drawn to understanding other's behavior.
I enjoy traveling and experiencing other cultures, learning Italian, playing cards with friends, and nutrition and how it affects the body.
I practice being in the moment.
I hadn't had a dog since childhood and decided to volunteer to walk dogs at my local shelter. After getting my first Chihuahua I was hooked, the first one taught me so much about self-regulation and unconditional love.
