I am a strengths-based therapist whose style is non-judgmental, engaging, and interactive. I build a trusting alliance with my clients, which is the foundation from which we begin to peel the layers and delve into their concerns.

I help my clients confront and change the patterns that create and perpetuate their distress and unease -- including but not limited to building self-esteem and self worth. My clients leave therapy not only having the skills and tools to better manage their emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships but walk away with a deep sense of worthiness, self-compassion, and self-confidence.

As a certified transformational life and health coach, I empower my clients to create the healthiest version of themselves (mind+body+spirit) in alignment with their truth, values, and desires. As a therapist, I believe it is important to show up authentically as a positive role model who embodies self-care, self-compassion, and healthy boundaries.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional to help and empower individuals to become the happiest, healthiest, most aligned version of themselves.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy dancing, exercising, eating & dining out, spending quality time with family and friends, going to the beach, going for walks, watching movies & TV shows etc.

What book have you read more than once?

Daring Greatly by Brene Brown because it reminds us to embrace vulnerability and live a wholehearted, courageous life.

Make A Wish Foundation

How do you recharge?

I rest/sleep, go salsa dancing, and spend quality time with loved ones.

Do you have any pets?

I have a mini Golden-doodle.
