Since graduating with my master's in 2007, I have been in the mental health field. I go into the first session with a desire to learn about you, your needs, and how I can play a part in guiding you toward improving your mental health and reaching your goals. My goal is to provide you with a secure and understanding environment. Finding the right therapist is important and if I'm not, I'm fully supportive of you to continue your journey with someone else.

This is a tough question as so many organizations are close to my heart. Girl Scouts would be one since I am a troop leader and I've seen the benefits my daughter gets from it.
Sleep and socializing. I thrive on positive interactions with friends and family.
