My approach to therapy is holistic and evidence-based. I'm a huge advocate of my clients and I follow their guidance, fully believing in them and their abilities. I truly believe in the ancient wisdom and knowing that our bodies, and soul, can heal. I look at the bigger picture of your life. Using the most effective interventions and modalities. We will examine your thoughts and feelings, increase self-compassion, and renegotiate difficult moods, poor habits, and patterns. Ultimately, gently allowing you to manifest a more fulfilling and joyful life.

I used to be a classical piano player and an opera singer. When I realized I had more fun listening to people's stories and struggles backstage, I decided to make a switch and become a therapist. I realized my passion is helping people and see them make changes that improve their quality of life.

I love taking walks, reading, exploring, coffee, traveling, and spending time with my loved ones.

I love dogs and horses. Although I don't have a horse as a pet. I rescued a stray dog and he ended up being the most polite, well-mannered dog. He was such a good boy. Although he was very protective and didn't like it when other dogs would come and try and get pets from his mama!
