Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I help clients learn coping skills to help individuals reach their full potential, and be able to cope with painful moments. Additionally, I love to help individuals stay in the moment and get away from rumination, over-planning, and worrying.
You, as a client, will help guide our sessions and goals. We will track if we are successful in our goals and treatment. We will always be able to talk about your feelings about the treatment and our therapeutic alliance.

I love reading, exercising, spending time with friends and family, and being with my pets. I love being part of my community and giving back.
I love The Mindfulness Solution. It answers so many questions I have about why we worry and have trouble with being still. It’s a wonderful book that is easy to read and understand.
I have three dogs. My favorite story is that one of my dogs is the loudest snorer in the house. She is so peaceful but loud. It makes me smile every time I hear her.
