Picture a supportive therapy room infused with the excitement of a treasure chest full of self-discovery. My therapy style is all about providing support, and education, and enhancing your understanding of how stressors may impact your life. In our sessions, we'll embark on a journey together, armed with curiosity and compassion. With my background in health psychology and biology, I bring a unique perspective to our care. Depending on your needs, we can process, develop useful coping skills, or do both to help find a balance that nourishes your mind and body. Together, we'll unravel the knots, celebrate the victories, and maybe even share a virtual high-five or two along the way.

Ever since I was a child, I've been captivated by the intricacies of the human mind and the complexities of human behavior. Even at a young age, I found myself drawn to understanding the way people think, feel, and interact with one another. As I grew older, this fascination only deepened, and I became increasingly curious about the underlying reasons behind people's actions and emotions.
I realized that pursuing a career as a mental health professional would allow me to combine my passion for understanding human behavior with my innate desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. Now, as I embark on this journey, that same sense of wonder and excitement I felt as a child remains as strong as ever.
