My goal is to help provide support, educate, and enhance your understanding of how stressors may impact your life negatively. My clinical background in health psychology and biology brings a unique perspective to my care. Depending on your needs we can process, develop useful healthy coping skills, or do both to help find that balance to nourish your mind and body.
I strive to help cultivate balance by utilizing an integrated approach drawing upon aspects of evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practice, motivational interviewing, and strength-based psychotherapy. I tailor my approach to the uniqueness of each individual, foster empowerment, and assist in increasing self-awareness.
