My treatment approach varies and is individualized as I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a client-centered, or Mindfulness-based approach. Although my treatment approach varies, I firmly believe in the importance of getting to know the whole person and their uniqueness and removing labels and judgments associated with them. I am a strong believer and advocate of mindfulness and will bring this positive energy and quality to help my clients.
