We are all human and have experiences that can make us feel stuck. Every person deserves an individualized and clinical approach to help navigate the changes that are occurring. Although there is not always complete control over what is happening, there is always control over how we think about situations. I am a board-certified mental health counselor, licensed in New York. My practice focuses on depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, grief, and fertility issues.
Because life will always happen, my goal is to provide you with a safe space to help you challenge thoughts, emotions, and patterns that no longer serve your life purpose. I value the therapeutic relationship and believe it takes a collaborative effort to help you meet your goals.
