Think of me as your nonjudgmental friend who supports you where you are but also sees the potential of who you want to become.

My Therapy Style

Let’s figure out this crazy thing called life, together. Life is tough enough as it is, but I hope you will be open to allowing me to be a part of your healing and journey. I believe relationships and connections are important to thrive as human beings. I will encourage you to bring awareness to your emotions and allow them to be, as well as challenge any negative or self-defeating thoughts that sometimes keep us stuck. Think of me as your nonjudgmental friend who supports you where you are but also sees the potential of who you want to become.

Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

As a child and teen, I navigated toward peers or others who were hurt, alone, outcasted, different, or just needed a friend. I always had a heart for standing up for those who just needed a friendly face, an ally. As I became an adult, I realized it was my calling. I guess you can say I always knew this was where I was meant to be.

What are your interests outside of work?

I am a huge fan of the outdoors. I enjoy camping, hiking, road trips, traveling, exploring the mountains, and being in nature. I also enjoy spending quality time with my son.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I reach out to at least one friend daily, even if it’s through a simple text or message. Life gets busy, especially as a working parent. I thrive off my relationships with others so staying connected to my social circle keeps me grounded and feeling supported.

How do you recharge?

To recharge, sometimes I listen to podcasts that don't require much brain power. Something I can listen to in the car or while getting ready at home, and allows me to get lost in a story. This helps me to decompress after a busy day and let go. I also do the same with music.
