I am a bilingual licensed therapist passionate about creating a brave, empowering, and culturally inviting space for you to process your utmost difficult past and current emotions and lived experiences. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, childhood or generational trauma, grief, loss, life transitions, burnout, imposter syndrome, or have a desire for personal growth, I am here to guide and support you in improving your overall well-being.

I have 10+ years of extensive training and clinical experience working with all ages and professionals from diverse communities. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and person-centered. I utilize trauma-informed, Cognitive Behavioral, and somatic interventions to help you heal your past wounds and reach your greatest potential. Why did you become a mental health professional?

I am a strong believer and advocate of mental health. Through my lived experiences both personal and professional, I was inspired to hold space and help others heal.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I love to travel. I prioritize it and plan out a few trips out of the year. I enjoy immersing in other cultures and exploring a new city or country.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Every day, the first thing I do is start with gratefulness. I identify 3 things that I am grateful for.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by taking care of my mind, body, and soul. I do things such as connect with nature, mindfulness, spend time with loved ones, exercise, and movement.
