My Therapy Style

I am dedicated to helping adults (expatriates, immigrants, and intercultural people) who are going through challenging situations that affect their mental and emotional well-being. I specialize in the management of anxiety and depression caused by relocation, life transitions, cross-cultural adjustment, relational problems, interpersonal conflicts, past traumas, and unresolved grief.

I am trained in evidence-based modalities such as Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use an integrative and holistic approach that adapts to the unique needs of each individual. I am a native Spanish speaker with 15 years of experience working with minorities and people of various ages and cultural backgrounds in international settings. I provide a warm and safe space to process feelings and thoughts, which allows awareness, discovery of internal strengths, development of coping skills, change of behavior patterns, and improvement of quality of life.
