My approach to therapy assesses where your strengths are and where you want to improve.

My Therapy Style

My approach to therapy assesses where your strengths are and where you want to improve. We'll then uncover relational raw spots or insecurities that keep your partnership disconnected. Then, I'll help you learn and practice new skills to repair issues quickly and feel more at ease when thrown off balance.

I use my training in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to target negative interaction patterns that have been fueling your conflicts so that you can reunite with fondness and admiration for each other. You may also find quick relief of stress symptoms with an Accelerated Resolution Therapy session.

Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I knew there was a better way to do relationships after watching my own parents divorce when I was younger. I wanted to figure out what made relationships make or break. I've made it my mission to help as many partnerships I can learn the tools to make their relationship thrive and overcome life's challenges together.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love going to concerts to see bands like flor and Pierce the Veil. My partner and I also frequently try new recipes to make at home, especially copy cats of tasty ones we see on TV or from our favorite restaurants!

What book have you read more than once?

Wired for Love by Stan Tatkin and Hold Me Tight by Sue Johnson. These are just phenomenal explanations of why connection is so vital to our being in this world. I appreciate how both books give interactive exercises to try and base the content on real relationship issues to help you navigate your own personal growth journey as the reader.
