My Therapy Style

I am a holistic psychotherapist with extensive training and experience in using trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices to transform the lives of my clients. I provide individual therapy and couples therapy. My approach is focused on treating the whole person. I believe this multi-dimensional approach is a key to developing long-lasting change that allows my clients to live fulfilling lives. Life is a mysterious journey of experiences and learning. My purpose is to help others make their life sacred by holding it as a masterpiece. I empower clients through education as well as introspection.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

Life is a mysterious journey of experiences and learning. I got lost, distracted, and swayed on this path until I learned where to find my sacred place. In the ebbs and flows of life, I have discovered that I have an incredible gift for motivating, encouraging, and coaching others. My purpose is to help others make their life sacred by holding it as a masterpiece. I empower clients through education as well as introspection.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy dancing, singing, painting, writing, going into nature, reading books, baking, and cooking.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I like to meditate and work out.
