I believe in client-led work where you decide what works best for you. At times I will guide you; other times I'll stand as witness to your inner work. I will help you process your past and present as you chart on a journey towards healing. I will offer coping skills along the way, providing a variety of tools for you to try.
I understand the power of mind-body connection and look for ways to address this in therapy. I love to think outside the box; I believe in the healing power of nature, art, music, meditation/mindfulness and body-centered practices. I highly recommend trying Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing for trauma. I have extensive experience working cross-culturally with people from diverse backgrounds. I will provide a judgment-free safe space for you to tell your story.
