Therapy Style

My work as a therapist is a journey that is both gratifying and a lifelong learning experience. I witness people’s vulnerabilities and strengths, and I am entrusted with their most intimate emotions and stories. My professional background in business and finance, along with years of psychology training and experience, allows to me to support business professionals from a tailored lens.

My goal is to support and empower you to make life decisions that will instill confidence and well-being. I am here to listen to you unconditionally and to understand how past experiences shaped who you are today. I will guide you to practice healthier thought processes and behaviors, and to promote change that is achievable. Together, we will path a way to best manage your relationships with others, and more importantly with yourself. Your story is unique, and I can’t wait to be a small part of your journey.
