Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational interviewing (MI), Psychodynamic, Relational, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
My therapeutic style is down-to-earth, experiential, and interpersonal. I enjoy creating collaborative relationships with clients where we non-judgmentally look into presenting issues. My approach emphasizes authenticity and the idea that growth can happen while in an environment that is nourishing. Through this process, you may step into greater self-discovery and self-acceptance. My goal is to help my clients feel understood and empowered.
I enjoy working with clients who deal with perfectionism, identify as highly sensitive or empathic, and clients who are dealing with the impacts of antagonistic or high-conflict individuals. The quality of the therapeutic relationship itself is essential to successful treatment outcomes. If we are a fit, I would love to assist you during this time in your life.

Outside of work, you can find me being fixated on how cute my dog is, keeping active, spending time with loved ones, and creating music.
I recharge by using breathing exercises, yoga, being in nature, and watching shows or listening to podcasts that make me laugh.
I have a rescue dog who has been a wonderful addition to our family. After starting out very shy and timid, he has morphed into Mr. Personality.
