Therapy Style

I believe that healing and growth are possible for everyone. As we begin the therapeutic journey together I like to develop a meaningful relationship with my clients and allow them to have the space for connection and growth. I use different approaches depending on each client's needs. My style is strengths-based, client-centered, and I assist the client with identifying any behavioral patterns or past experiences that may be interfering with a person from living the life they want.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with friends or family, exploring different types of historic architecture, my meditation practice, and watch interior design ideas on Youtube religiously.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I journal every morning, take time for conscious gratitude, start the day with specific intentions, meditate, ride the peloton when I can, and practice positive self-talk. Also, make sure I spend time quality time with loved ones.

How do you recharge?

Sleep.

Do you have any pets?

I have always owned a pet, and if it was possible I would have a home full of animals, however my dog Shadow is happiest when she is the only dog in the house. Shadow is ok with our cat Skipper and they are my co-therapists, usually sleeping in the room during sessions.
