I have a "come as you are" approach to therapy. So many people are either new to therapy or maybe haven't had the most positive experience so rapport building is most important to me because the more comfortable you are, the more likely you will benefit from the therapy experience. My clinical experience includes grief/loss, survivors of suicide, depression and anxiety, postpartum depression and anxiety, LGBTQIA+, first responders, burnout, and college-aged students. I worked in a Level I Trauma Center for over 7 years and have supported many first responders with workplace trauma and burnout
