I am a passionate clinician eager to walk alongside you. I have worked with children, teens and adults across many different life stages. I am particularly passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate through significant life transitions and the stress that comes with growing in their identities.

I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is a model that emphasizes the connections between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I am also passionate about the utilization of a psychodynamic elements, allowing the individual to actively unravel, experience and understand their true deep-rooted feelings and beliefs.

I have worked in the mental health community for the last 6 years engaging with diverse populations, ages and diagnosis. I am eager to connect with you, and support you on your journey. Reach out today!

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I find our brains and psyches fascinating and love to learn alongside clients and help others understand themselves better.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love DIY projects, working with my hands and adventuring in the outdoors.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I tend to my plants and make sure they are watered and cared for. It helps me slow down, be present and breathe.

What book have you read more than once?

The Lord of the Rings series. I love the story, creativity and character development.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Homeboy Industries. I love the reparative work they do providing hope, training, and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated people, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community.

Out in the water surfing.
