Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I discover through the work of psychotherapy my purpose in life, to learn and to be in service of others. I always had a deep interest in the nature of our existence, I am amazed at how we uniquely pass through this life, between achievements and challenges to where we are heading our journey.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outdoor activities, I love being in nature! I enjoy hiking, swimming, and hanging out with friends and family. I also love to cook and learn about cultures through food and travel.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Walk in nature and chat with my close network.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Viva Vida supports immigrant women going through breast cancer.

How do you recharge?

Any activity in nature, such as hiking, swimming, and picnicking.
