I use a compassionate, holistic, mindfulness-oriented, and strengths-based approach to address a wide range of client concerns. Exploring goals and personal stories together can be the beginning of a new perspective offering the client freedom to move beyond destructive emotions and patterns of behavior.
I help clients change in directions desirable to them and to gain sustainable tools to break free and become unstuck on their road to fulfillment. Many experience shame which can impede progress. Supportive therapy that's practical as well as creative and spiritual can afford clients the opportunity for deep, ongoing growth.

she/her
I have always been fascinated by human behavior and psychology and I enjoy working with others.
I enjoy reading and writing fiction. Creative expression through music and dance and performance are ways I spend my time outside of work, although I regard it as important 'work' of another kind.
Exercise with meditation.
I've read many books more than once. I have read Raymond Carver's stories many times -- they are beautifully written and offer insight into the psyche of how people actually relate in the world.
So many ways! Hot springs, Meditation, friendship (!), exercise, travel, reading…gardening…staying curious!
