My therapy style includes a blend of solution focus and cognitive behavioral therapy; I like to allow for flexibility in the session in case new situations arise. My approach is to create a safe space for individuals to share their thoughts and feelings causing distress in their everyday life.

One thing I try to do daily is ground myself in things that I am grateful for. I also like to enjoy a cup of coffee as a sweet treat.
