Why did you become a mental health professional?

I wanted to focus on helping others dealing with mental health as it impacted their daily life.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

One thing I try to do daily is ground myself in things that I am grateful for. I also like to enjoy a cup of coffee as a sweet treat.
