Why did you become a mental health professional?

I find immense satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment in guiding others toward realizing their fullest potential.

What are your interests outside of work?

Reading articles and books, and watching videos on various topics like positive emotions, neuroscience, flourishing, mind growth, stoicism, entrepreneurship, and authentic happiness.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Put on my headphones and go for a 3-mile run.

What book have you read more than once?

The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel. This book has great tips about how to think about finance and cultivate a healthier relationship with money. In addition, the principles discussed in the book go beyond the realm of money, individuals can learn how to lead more balanced, fulfilling lives and make better decisions in various aspects of life.

How do you recharge?

I enjoy exercising, my favorite activities are CrossFit and running. I also enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter.
