Making the decision to seek mental health therapy is not easy. I am glad that you made the first step and are here!
It has been my experience that clients know themselves better than anyone, they are their own best resource when it comes to engaging in treatment. I see therapy as a joint process in which the client’s own knowledge and skills are combined to create solutions. I believe that our wellness comes not just from physical health, but from spiritual health and mental health. It's important for me to help clients make that connection in their healing journey and learn new skills that will help create healthy relationships. My goal is to empower clients to use their resources to improve their functioning through compassionate reflection.
I have worked in various therapeutic settings including community mental health, court-mandated therapy, and crisis response with different modalities. I understand my clients through a psychodynamic lens and use evidence-based practice to help my clients accomplish their goals. I look forward to working with you in your self-discovering journey!

I became a mental health professional to help people who are struggling with mental health illness and I enjoy helping others.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and music concerts. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, and reading.
I usually take some time for myself every day to be in silence and to reflect. In addition, to exercising and eating healthy meals.
I go on hikes and spend time with family and friends to recharge. Self-care is the foundation for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
