I find great joy in creating a unique therapeutic experience that is tailored to you.

My Therapy Style

Through my extensive work in the field for over the past eight years in various settings and with diverse populations I have developed a multi-faceted approach to helping families, couples, and adults heal. I find great joy in creating a unique therapeutic experience that is tailored to you, which is why I integrate different approaches into my practice. I meaningfully aim to provide you with a different perspective on your situation that can help you obtain clarity and peace. I support you by increasing your awareness of the deep fears and strong emotions that may be holding you back and leaving you feeling stuck.

My goal is to deeply connect with your personal experience, and provide you with a trusting and non-judgmental environment to foster a collaborative process so that together we can create lifelong changes. I don't just find temporary solutions that may help fix your current situation but rather, I believe in transformation, which is often a process that takes patience and commitment.

Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I wanted to be of service to my community by helping them heal past trauma, and experiences, and learn ways to thrive. I enjoyed listening to other's stories and found it meaningful to provide some type of comfort. I always felt there could be a different perspective on our situations.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Walk my dog, stretch, and practice gratitude.

How do you recharge?

Spending time with friends and family. Gardening, eating, and enjoying time in nature.

Do you have any pets?

Yes! A cute white fluffy poodle mix. There are too many to pick one. She makes me smile every day.
