My counseling style is warm and interactive, and can also include a holistic and mindfulness approach. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, while decreasing the negative stigma associated with mental illness. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focus, and client-centered counseling. I believe in using your strengths to motivate you and intern assist you in obtaining the positive outcomes you desire. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs while working collaboratively with you it takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards change.
