I have the most experience working with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, poor self-esteem, and coping with life transitions. I view my role as a therapist as walking alongside you to help you determine what is best for you. I use concepts of Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy to support you in learning coping skills, increasing your self-esteem, and forming new patterns for a healthier and happier life.

Each person has their own story and their own challenges, and I enjoy helping people learn the skills and helping them build their self-esteem to live a happier, more peaceful life.
I enjoy traveling, exercising, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
My favorite organization I support is a local non-profit that teaches school kids about individuals with disabilities. It is a great opportunity for the kids to learn what life is like for others and also an opportunity for the individual with a disability to share their experience and wisdom.
