My clients are adults of all ages, genders, races, sexual orientations, religions, and cultures. They are interested in working with a therapist who will help them heal from stress, trauma, and unconscious conflicts. My approach while direct, is comforting and understanding. A compassionate and accepting approach has the power to change our lives. I believe 'Disorders' are just our body's way of pointing us in the direction of change and growth. They are not labels forever, nor weakness, but they point to the very strength within us to face our fears and become our true selves.

I was helped as a young man by a terrific therapist during a period of anxiety and chronic health issues. Initially, I wanted to be a high school history teacher, however, once I saw the impact that could be made in the therapeutic relationship I changed my major and became a licensed clinician.
When not working, I love playing outdoors with my children, playing baseball and golf, and walking in nature.
I go the the gym, meditate, and eat a health diet.
The Bhagavad Gita. I find it a wonderful metaphor for the experience of being a human.
