I am a trauma-informed therapist who supports clients in understanding how their experiences have impacted their relationships, self-image, motivation, work ethic, and all other aspects of life. I have been told I am very calm-natured and relatable, which clients appreciate in session. I support people who want to unapologetically set boundaries, discover who they are, stop people-pleasing, improve their self-worth, and manage their symptoms of depression and anxiety. I offer a lot of resources such as books, workbooks, podcasts, etc. to review outside of therapy which helps accelerate the therapy process.

I became a mental health professional because I wanted to help people heal from trauma and break generational cycles of trauma. I became fascinated with psychology once I began learning about my trauma, family dynamics, and how to heal from it.
I have many interests including spending time with my dog, going on hikes, going to the beach, traveling, practicing hot yoga, dancing, reading, and trying new restaurants with family and friends.
I practice self-care by eating nutritious food and practicing self-compassion.
The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, because I like how it allows me to reprogram my brain.
I like organizations that do toy drives for kids during the holidays to give back to families who aren't able to afford to buy their kids Christmas presents.
I recharge by laying out on the beach, being in the sun, and reading a good book.
Yes, I have a dog and his name is Rocky. My favorite pet story is taking Rocky to the dog beach and seeing him running around and splashing in the waves. He loves the beach!
