BA - Psychology, University of Connecticut
MSW - Social Work, New York University
I have had an interest in the mental health profession since I was in high school which led me to major in Psychology and Sociology in college and Social Work in graduate school. I have spent a lot of time studying human development and behavior. I love using this knowledge to work with people to help improve their mental health and reach their goals!
My interests outside of work are exploring New York City, yoga, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family!
I go for walks daily to support my mental and emotional well-being. On my walks, I often listen to my favorite podcast or listen to music. It's a really good way to spend time with myself, get some movement in, and listen to something I enjoy.
I recharge by doing activities I enjoy such as walking, working out, reading, listening to a podcast, or meditating.
