Therapy Style

I believe therapy is a process that can foster acceptance and change in the challenges we face. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative, and safe therapeutic space that allows for vulnerability, healing, and personal growth. I have over 16 years of experience working with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds in a wide array of clinical settings. I utilize an integrative approach that draws upon evidenced-based modalities which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and psychodynamic approaches to help clients achieve their individualized goals.
