Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional because I enjoy helping others.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy going to museums, the beach, and bike riding.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I listen to music, watch a funny show, and take time to myself to relax by going and getting a massage.

How do you recharge?

I do self-care that includes setting an appointment with my own therapist if needed, going to dinner with friends, or simply laying down and relaxing.

Do you have any pets?

Yes! I have a boxer and his name in Rubble.
