Life experiences can be challenging and take us on unexpected journeys. Often there are stressors such as work, family, finances, grief, and medical issues that take us off the path we expected. It feels difficult to find balance and a sense of peace in the chaos. With guidance, support, and patience you can move towards a path of acceptance and empowerment.

One of the main indicators of successful therapy really depends on the client-therapist connection. Developing a consistent, trustworthy relationship together where you feel understood is always going to be my highest priority. I believe in therapy and that everyone has the strength to endure some of the hardest moments in life and I am grateful to be a part of that journey. It takes courage to reach out and I recognize your desire for change.
