I am a licensed clinical psychologist and professor at USC Keck School of Medicine. I am also a certified Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with 15+ years of formal mindfulness training. I specialize in research-supported Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness-Based therapies. I work with adults treating OCD, panic, health anxiety, social phobia, chronic pain, stress, PTSD, and trauma. I enjoy working with folks from all walks of life including the LGBTQI+ community.
