I really enjoy being active – I try to get outside daily and really enjoy running and using my Peloton. I love drinking coffee and miss hanging out at coffee shops!
My morning routine includes sitting down to eat breakfast and drink coffee. It's something I look forward to and helps me to set intention for the day ahead.
Sleep! I try to make sleep a priority and also make it a priority to get some physical activity in a day.
