I am a compassionate, empathetic, and Solution-focused professional, who believes everyone can achieve their goals. I have over 12 years' experience working with individuals, couples, and families in diverse settings. I've worked in substance use facilities, to the Department of Correction, as well as a Youth and Family Services, and I was a program director for an eating disorder facility. I enjoy working with adults and use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to connect clients with hope and a belief in themselves. I believe that as we recognize certain patterns, we can move beyond the limits we set for ourselves and live a more fulfilling life.

I became a mental health professional with the hope of positively impacting the lives of others.
My interests outside of work include reiki, meditation, time with my family, and working out.
I take a walk outside, regardless of weather, as a way to ground myself each day.
The Four Agreements. I love The Four Agreements: Be impeccable with your word, don't take anything personal, don't make assumptions and always do your best. I think we can utilize these in all areas of our life.
Madison Youth Soccer. I volunteer my time to be on the Madison Youth Soccer Board of Directors as the equipment coordinator. I strongly believe in youth sports as a way to positively impact children's lives while they grow and learn.
I find working out in some way a good way to recharge.
We have two dogs, one cat, two rabbits, and three fish. One of my favorite stories was when I went to go adopt one of the dogs I currently have, I was told she did not seem to be fond of men. When I sat down, she jumped up into my lap curled up and went to sleep almost immediately.
