I am direct but compassionate, as I was a client before becoming and therapist. I specialize in the areas that I used to struggle myself. I have significant experience skills and knowledge and often educate my clients regarding why we are moving in certain directions. I utilize various therapeutic modalities, resources, and skills to help my clients achieve the progress and freedom they desire.
