Why did you become a mental health professional?

To bridge the gap in access; to help people identify their strengths and face challenges; to remind them that they are not alone in their struggles.

What are your interests outside of work?

I like hiking, going on walks, and spending time with my family.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Asian Pacific Family Center because it focuses on the Asian community. They have done a lot of important work within that community when I was volunteering there during graduate school.

How do you recharge?

I like to rest and unplug after work. I also go on walks, cook, and spend time with my son.
